2015
The Beginning
Everything started on December 11, 2015, with a sincere conversation between three future partners who dreamed of creating beautiful real estate. They believed in the idea, united their efforts — and began.
2019
Creating the Ukrainian Palo Alto
In 2019, we acquired a building with an unclear purpose that no one had ever used. There were no communications, the renovation was half-done, and the territory was overgrown. We transformed it into a vibrant and functional space.
2021
Building PORT LVIV
The largest logistics center in Western Ukraine — 77,000 m². A modern mixed-use project with offices, warehouses, and retail spaces, creating a comfortable environment for work and relaxation.
2023
Building PROSTIR
A warehouse complex with adaptive storage, production, and retail spaces that combine manufacturing flexibility with Scandinavian-style elements and thoughtful design.

START OF CONSTRUCTION OF FORMATSIA.LVIV
An industrial park designed to support Ukrainian manufacturers with premises from 140 to 20,000 m², enabling full-cycle production and driving the industrial development of Ukraine’s economy.

START OF CONSTRUCTION OF SOLO
A unique built-to-suit project for one of the largest distributors of music equipment in Ukraine. The building includes a 9,000+ m² main office, warehouse, store, and concert hall.
2024
START OF CONSTRUCTION OF PERETYN
A new logistics center of 51,000 m² with warehouse and retail-office spaces, to be built in Lviv Oblast at the intersection of major logistics routes.
