WHY PERETYN?
The Intersection of the Impossible
The symbol of PERETYN is the Penrose triangle — an impossible figure. Its sides never actually meet, yet from the right angle, the whole shape appears complete.
Once, PERETYN was just an empty field. Soon, it will become an entire logistics city — with lakes, cafés, and bright, beautifully designed warehouses. PERETYN is the intersection of what once seemed impossible with what has become real.
The Intersection of HARD and SOFT — Where Sharp Lines Meet Comfort
HARD Intersection: Sharp angles, metal panels, concrete structures, and huge letters on the warehouses. Industrial rigor.
SOFT Intersection: Comfortable benches, greenery with gentle shapes, smooth transitions. Even the pink windows on a grey façade are a SOFT element.
Result: A space where industry doesn’t intimidate with its austerity — it attracts.
The intersection of different architectural styles, where each construction phase has its own character.
It once seemed impossible to build ten different architectural phases at the same time. Each phase here has its own character.
Despite this diversity, we follow a single concept throughout — raw materials. Using untreated materials creates the uniqueness of every façade: a grey warehouse next to pink-framed windows, a wooden façade facing a metallic one. This is an architectural intersection, where different materials come together to form an open-air art exhibition.
The Geographical Intersection of History
PERETYN is located just three minutes from Halytske Perekhrestia — the very place where Bohdan Khmelnytsky once led his Cossacks.
Today, it’s a modern logistics hub with a daily passenger flow of up to 60,000 people!
Geography sets the rules — we continue the tradition of crossroads. Only now, instead of Cossack campaigns, it’s European logistics that drives the movement.
