2015

the beginning

It all began on December 11, 2015, with an evening conversation between three future partners who dreamed of creating beautiful real estate and decided to join forces.
2019

built Ukrainian Palo Alto

In 2019, we received a building with an unclear purpose that had never been used. There were no utilities, repairs were only half completed, and the area was overgrown with trees.
2021

start of construction of Port Lviv

The largest logistics center in Western Ukraine, covering 77,000 m². This is a modern mixed-use project with offices, warehouses, and retail space, creating a comfortable environment for work and leisure.

A business hub with adapted warehouse, production, and retail premises that embodies the ideas of community development and support with elements of Scandinavian design.

An industrial park for the development of Ukrainian manufacturers with premises ranging from 215 to 20,000 m², supporting the full production cycle and industrial development of Ukraine's economy.

A unique Build-To-Suit project for Ukraine's largest distributor of musical equipment. The piano-shaped facility, with an area of over 8,000 m², will house the head office, warehouse, store, and concert hall.
